Overview Customer Service Representative – In Office
Pay: $20–$22 per hour. Schedule: Full‑time | 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day | 8‑hour shifts | 11:30AM – 8PM

Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you are often the first impression of our company. Your role is vital in creating a positive customer experience from the very first call.
You will:
Provide exceptional customer care on inbound and outbound calls, handling over 150 calls per day.
Schedule service appointments with efficiency and accuracy.
Listen actively and respond with empathy and professionalism.
Manage multi‑line phones and computer systems in a fast‑paced environment.
Support team goals while hitting daily KPIs while maintaining a customer‑first mindset.
This is an in‑office position – not remote – within a collaborative, team‑driven environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or call center environments
Strong communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution‑focused
Proficiency in typing
Accuracy and composure while handling multi‑line phones
Ability to report daily to the office (no remote option)
Schedule flexibility
