Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We’re looking for someone who can handle
high call volume, stay sharp under pressure, and consistently turn conversations into booked appointments.
This is not a “figure it out yourself” role. You’ll follow a
proven system , get real coaching, and know exactly how you’re performing every day.
What you’ll do:
Handle inbound & outbound calls
Identify customer needs
Set qualified appointments with decision-makers
Track activity and follow a structured process
This is for you if you:
Are coachable and competitive
Don’t get discouraged by rejection
Want clear expectations and measurable results
Our Agents earn an average of $24-$26 per hour,with top performers routinely earning above $30/hr+,and we love weekly Spiffs/Contests to further enhance earning potential!
