Our weekly stream of clientele includes professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more. Position Overview

The Cell Therapy R&D Associate will support and execute critical experiments related to the culture, maintenance, and processing of various cell lines in a laboratory environment. This role is vital for ensuring sample integrity and moving forward the institute’s clinical research goals. Key Responsibilities

Perform primary processing of blood products and manual separation techniques to isolate specific cell populations within a controlled aseptic environment. Proven ability to maintain, passage, and count mammalian cells while strictly adhering to sterile protocols. Monitor, clean, prepare, and operate sophisticated cell processing and filling equipment within a cleanroom environment. Perform in‑process and release assays, including flow cytometry, ELISA, and total protein quantification. Execute manufacturing batch records and SOPs accurately; assist with batch record reconciliation and timely documentation in accordance with cGMP standards. Build and maintain effective relationships with Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Facilities teams to ensure seamless laboratory operations. Participate in KPI tracking and reporting to drive innovation and lean manufacturing initiatives. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned to meet the evolving needs of the company. Qualifications

Minimum of a B.S. in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field. Hands‑on experience in aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture. Prior exposure to primary human cell lines, peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), or cGMP biologics manufacturing. Compensation & Total Rewards
