What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Identify, develop, and close new logo relationships with mid‑market and enterprise Healthcare organizations
Execute a market development strategy targeting Healthcare payers, providers, PBMs, and health services organizations
Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite and VP‑level decision makers across various operational areas
Manage the full sales cycle from identification and qualification through to contract negotiation
Represent the employer at industry events to build brand visibility and credibility within the Healthcare space
What is Required (Qualifications):
10+ years of enterprise new business sales experience, with at least 5 years in outsourced services within the Healthcare vertical
Proven track record of consistently closing 3+ new logo deals per year in complex sales environments
Deep domain expertise in Healthcare operations, including member/patient services and clinical workflows
Established executive network within the Healthcare payer and/or provider ecosystem
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience selling into regulated industries; Insurance experience is a strong plus
Ability to position oneself as a market SME and thought leader in the industry
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to build a market from the ground up
Strong executive presence to engage and influence C‑suite level clients
Willingness to travel a minimum of 50%
