Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals with Italian companies. Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑value B2B clients within the Italian market. Understand the unique recruitment pains of Italian businesses and tailor Jooble’s value proposition to meet their needs. Preparing and conducting calls with potential clients, including demos, presenting the value proposition, and identifying the client’s targets as well as their pains and needs. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and forecasts in our CRM system. Provide feedback to the product team on local market trends and competitor activity in Italy. What We're Looking For
You have
2+ years of experience
in B2B sales within the IT sector (ideally with exposure to HR / Job Tech related products). You’re a local expert who knows Italian business. You are comfortable communicating with an international team and reporting in English. You are proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce or other) and modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AI tools, etc.). You are result‑oriented, take ownership of your pipeline, and consistently achieve or exceed your sales targets. English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written)
