Your opportunity

Produce a variety of performance reports across our various strategies

Provide accurate interpretation and subject matter expertise of performance results

Be able to explain and disseminate performance and attribution results to our key internal clients

Prepare accurate, timely and relevant regular and ad‑hoc analysis for institutional mandates

Liaise with our performance outsource provider to ensure integrity of reports and adherence to deadlines, continues to be maintained

Respond to GIPS queries and the help with maintenance of GIPS composites. Assist with GIPS verifications

Respond to ad‑hoc requests from fund managers, client directors, client account managers, RFP team and marketing departments

Supply data to and answer queries from third‑party performance verifiers

Produce index data reports and market information

Facilitate management of team deadlines

Be aware of and able to deal with data issues, attending periodic meetings with client reporting and JHI’s TPA’s

Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

Prior experience in investment industry with some knowledge of equity and fixed income instruments, strategies, products and derivatives

Think analytically with developed problem identification, investigation and solving skills

Pay excellent attention to detail

Be highly motivated and a hardworking teammate

Possess good written and verbal communication skills

Build relationships and communicate effectively across all business areas

Show good organizational, planning and prioritization skills

Be able to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines

Nice to have skills

A degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Mathematics or Economics

CFA or CIPM designation or progress towards

Experience of using performance measurement and attribution software

Experience of interacting with fund managers, client directors, external clients and agencies

Excellent Excel skills to intermediate VBA level

Compensation information The base salary range for this position is $77,000–$82,000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through April 30, 2026.

Annual Bonus Opportunity Position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company, department, team and individual performance.
