What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Field customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media to provide assistance

Resolve customer issues and de‑escape situations calmly when necessary

Escalate interactions as appropriate to ensure customer satisfaction

Track call‑related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Meet defined sales objectives while providing exceptional customer service

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows‑based systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in customer service and/or sales

College degree preferred but not required
