Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing customer base. This is a physical, fast‑paced position with indoor/outdoor responsibilities delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, cleaning products, and other facility items.

Comprehensive 10‑week training program
Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route
Majority of work on a 4‑day workweek
No nights or weekends on majority schedule
Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses & incentives
Key Responsibilities Include
Be the face of Cintas, building rapport with key decision makers
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns
Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling products & services
Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working safely and professionally
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations
Requirements
Qualified to drive a regulated vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs and meet DOT requirements
Have an active driver’s license
Be at least 21 years of age
Obtain a DOT medical certification
Provide documentation of prior employment
Additional Qualifications
Ability to meet physical job requirements
High School diploma, GED, or Military Service
Strong customer service orientation
Self‑motivation and teamwork drive
Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit
