Experience in PLG or developer-first companies Familiarity with data pipelines, warehouses, or BI tools Solid programming fundamentals (Python, JavaScript, or similar) What Success Looks Like
Salesforce and GTM systems are reliable, well‑implemented, and easy for teams to use Custom tooling and automation reduce manual RevOps and sales effort Forecasting and reporting are trusted and operationally useful Pricebook is clean, well‑maintained, and supported with our partners in business operations Compensation tooling is simple and complete, reducing operational load Lead routing is clean, responsive, and speed to lead has increased RevOps and BizOps teams are able to move faster because of your contributions
