
Automotive Sales Manager

CAPITAL Ford of Charlotte is looking for a seasoned, results-driven Sales Manager to support the team and drive deal performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the heart of the deal, structuring transactions, managing approvals, and keeping everything moving from pencil to close. You’ll work closely with the sales team to maximize every opportunity, ensuring deals are structured correctly, profitably, and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in automotive sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:
Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve dealership sales goals
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adapt sales approaches
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the sales team's performance
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
Ensure adherence to the dealership's sales process and standards
All other duties assigned
Automotive Sales Manager Requirements:
Experience in automotive sales, with a successful track record in sales management preferred
In-depth knowledge of automotive products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must pass pre-employment background screenings
