About the Role As a member of the Compute Capacity Strategy & Operations team, you will own initiatives that support Anthropic's compute capacity planning and allocation strategy. You will collaborate closely with our Finance & Strategy, Product Management, and Engineering teams to optimize resource utilization and create a best-in-class customer experience for Anthropic’s users.
Responsibilities
Execute and maintain capacity planning models, collaborating with data science and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting
Support new product launches and serve as the compute expert for all launches
Serve as the key point of contact for product capacity strategy and planning
Support the creation of regular capacity forecasts and quarterly planning processes
Tackle ambiguous but critical strategic questions related to compute capacity with rigorous attention to deta
