Job Summary:
We areseekinga motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as aJunior. Microsoft Specialistfocused on Licensingand Services. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in Microsoft technologies and enterprise IT support. You’ll work closely with our Digital Workplace Presales Team of Solution Architects, Solution Specialists and Licensing Specialists to support growth and adoption of Microsoft 365 (M365), Intune, Azure, and other Microsoft related technologies used across organizations.
Essential Functions
Work with Solution Architects and Solution Specialists to conduct technical sales calls with customers around cloud technologies.
Assist in architecting technical solutions to meet the customers’ business needs.
Assist in creating customer-facing demos/POCs and presentations.
Assist in developing accurate estimates/BOMs, SOWs and RFx responses.
Populate and maintain the Microsoft Partner Center with opportunities.
Stay up to date with latest cloud technologies and acquire necessary technical certifications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage your own time efficiently.
Ability to effectively work remotely as an individual and collaborate with the team, customer, and peers.
Effectively use critical thinking and critical thinking skills.
An initiative-taker who is highly motivated and eager to learn.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft M365.
Basic knowledge of Azure Active Directory.
Exposure to Microsoft Licensing.
Education and Experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience.)
Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Familiarity with Windows OS and mobile device platforms (iOS/Android)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications such as Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900, AZ-900, etc.) are a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
