As the Digital Marketing Specialist within our Corporate Marketing team, you'll support the execution of the company’s Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and digital demand generation strategy for the US market. Working under the direction of the US Marketing Manager, this role focuses on hands‑on digital execution, performance monitoring, and optimization across paid, owned, and earned channels. This position plays a critical role in supporting the digital agency partnership by managing day‑to‑day executional tasks, campaign setup, reporting, and optimization, while ensuring alignment to organizational priorities & goals.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
Execute digital marketing campaigns aligned to ABM strategies, including; paid media, email, website, and retargeting efforts.
Support account-based targeting and personalization across digital channels.
Build and manage campaign assets within marketing automation and ad platforms.
Ensure campaign execution supports MQL generation and qualification goals.
Maintain accuracy in audience targeting, messaging, and timing in coordination with Corporate Sales priorities.
Support ongoing website content updates in collaboration with the digital agency and US Marketing Manager.
Assist with on-page SEO optimization.
Conduct quarterly website health checks to identify and resolve basic SEO issues
Support SEO-informed content updates aligned to ABM targets and priority industries
Report on baseline SEO performance metrics in coordination with agency reporting
Track digital campaign timelines, deliverables, and dependencies in project management tool (Monday.com)
Support the US Marketing Manager in the day-to-day digital agency relationship
Coordinate executional requests, timelines, and deliverables with agency partners
Review agency outputs for accuracy, brand alignment, and readiness prior to launch
Assist in preparing performance summaries and optimization recommendations
Participate in recurring agency cadence meetings as needed
Support marketing automation workflows and campaign tracking structures
Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and execution checklists
Ensure digital programs integrate effectively with sales enablement and CRM systems
Support internal communications related to campaign launches and updates
Assist with ongoing improvements to operational efficiency and execution clarity
Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related and 3 – 5+ years experience in a digital agency, B2B digital marketing, and / or demand generation required.
Prior work executing campaigns across paid media, email, and web channels required.
Proficiency with a CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot), as well as the Microsoft Suite.
Familiarity working in or with experiential marketing, live events, or similar industry preferred.
Experience supporting ABM strategies and for or with external digital agencies preferred.
