What You’ll Be Doing (AKA How You’ll Win Here)

Lead and coach a team of Direct Marketers to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals

Be hands‑on in the field — training, mentoring, and setting the example

Build a culture of energy, accountability, and positivity

Track performance, give real feedback, and help people level upEnsure routes, transportation, safety, and equipment are dialed in

Reinforce best practices, scripting, and appointment quality

Partner closely with leadership to grow both people and results
