What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own execution for daily companywide communications, creating clear and engaging employee-facing content
Write, edit and deliver content for various channels, including emails, intranet posts, and presentations
Support major company moments by drafting content and coordinating inputs for impactful updates
Partner with senior leaders to refine messaging while maintaining clarity and narrative integrity
Track engagement metrics and use insights to enhance future content and execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of experience in employee, internal, or corporate communications
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Highly detail-oriented with strong editorial judgment
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience executing integrated communications campaigns across multiple channels
Background in supporting executives with messaging and content development
Familiarity with technology, consumer marketplaces, or real estate-related industries
Experience managing editorial calendars or content plans
Previous involvement in supporting major company moments such as earnings or companywide meetings
