Fast-growing beauty brand seeks a Manager, Brand Communications to lead PR, influencer, and social strategy for a high-visibility mass beauty line.
This is a 5-days-onsite role in City of Industry, CA; beauty industry experience is required.
In this role, you’ll own integrated brand storytelling across PR, earned media, influencers, and social—building buzz, brand love, and measurable business results in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Own brand communications strategy across PR, earned media, influencer, and social from planning to execution.
Develop 360° launch and always-on campaigns that connect earned, owned, and paid channels.
Create compelling stories, messaging, and press/social materials that keep the brand culturally relevant.
Lead influencer and creator programs, from seeding and relationships to paid partnerships that drive EMV.
Manage PR/influencer agencies, budgets, calendars, and KPIs to deliver on-time, on-target campaigns.
Track and report on PR, social, and influencer performance, turning insights into clear recommendations.
