
Senior Interior Designer

Interior design Portfolio is must
Key Responsibilities:
Lead interior architecture and design projects through all phases, from pre-design to construction close-out
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high-quality standards
Coordinate with consultants and oversee junior team members including Job Captains and Designers
Prepare, review, and manage construction documentation
Develop proposals and maintain ongoing client communication
Lead internal coordination meetings and client presentations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
Qualifications:
9+ years of experience in interior design and project management
CID certification required (LEED accreditation is a plus)
Experience with DSA and/or OSHPD/HCAI is a plus
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
