We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our client's rapidly expanding business. You'll craft compelling sales enablement content (presentations, leave-behinds, emails, etc.) showcasing the power of their advertising solutions.
In addition, you'll manage an online content library, ensuring sales materials remain relevant and up-to-date. Reporting to the team's Operations and Communications Manager, you'll also support team communications, operational processes, and weekly reporting. This role offers the opportunity to gain invaluable experience supporting a globally distributed team, hone your communication skills, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Schedule: fully onsite Monday - Friday
Pay Comments: W2, weekly pay, benefits, 401k w/ match

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather input and feedback to help inform content strategies.
Develop compelling B2B marketing content that aligns with business goals, advertiser needs, and product offerings.
Ensure content is of the highest quality, clear, accurate, and consistent across channels.
Manage and maintain an online content library, ensuring accuracy and intuitive organization.
Support weekly team reporting (detailing project statuses) and maintain a central hub for team communications.
Qualifications:
Degree in journalism, writing, English, marketing, advertising (copywriting), or similar.
Interest in B2B marketing, particularly within the AdTech or app developer space.
Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive, audience‑driven narratives and marketing presentations.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for storytelling. Keynote proficiency is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you'll collaborate with diverse cross‑functional teams worldwide.
Comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, team‑oriented workplace, effectively prioritizing and progressing multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work on‑site in Austin, Texas.
