Data Scientist (AI/ML, GenAI) Location: San Francisco, CA (Remote)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Scientist to build and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for large-scale data and document processing. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design models, develop production-ready solutions, and support AI/ML platforms in a modern cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions (RAG, document understanding, anomaly detection)

Build, deploy, and maintain models using Python, ML frameworks, and cloud tools

Develop scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and modern data platforms

Collaborate with business teams to translate use cases into technical solutions

Establish and support MLOps practices, model monitoring, and performance tuning

Provide technical guidance and support for AI/ML initiatives

Required Skills

4+ years of experience in Data Science/ML/AI development

Strong Python and SQL skills; experience with R or similar tools

Hands‑on experience with ML frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)

Experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and prompt engineering

Experience working with unstructured data/document processing

Knowledge of AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Bedrock)

Experience with Databricks, PySpark, and modern data stacks

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Qualifications

Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
