About the Role We are looking for a Senior Content Producer who thrives at the intersection of client partnership and modern content production. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between one of our major tech clients and their ecosystem of partners, while leading the transformation of raw content into high‑performing, platform‑ready assets.

You will combine strong relationship management with sharp production instincts, guiding partners through content strategy while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high‑quality, efficient, and scalable outputs. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the “what” and the “how” of content in today’s fast‑moving, AI‑enabled landscape.

Responsibilities: Client & Partner Management

Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for external partners within our client’s ecosystem.

Build trusted relationships, guiding partners on how to best leverage their existing content for digital and social platforms.

Translate partner needs into clear briefs, aligning expectations, timelines, and deliverables.

Evaluate partner‑provided content to determine its quality, completeness, and suitability for developing high‑performing, platform‑ready assets.

Ensure a seamless and professional partner experience across all touchpoints.

Content Production & Delivery

Lead the end‑to‑end production process from intake through delivery, transforming existing content into platform‑native assets.

Collaborate closely with internal creative, editing, and production teams to execute against briefs.

Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.

Workflow Optimization & AI Integration

Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency across the content lifecycle.

Leverage AI tools and automation to scale production, reduce turnaround times, and enhance output quality.

Drive standardization of processes, templates, and best practices across partner engagements.

Capture and document learnings to continuously evolve how we work and deliver value.

About You The essentials:

5–8+ years of experience in content production, creative operations, or integrated production within an agency or similar environment.

Strong client‑facing experience with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build lasting relationships.

Deep understanding of digital and social content, including platform nuances and best practices.

Hands‑on production experience across video, digital, and multi‑channel content.

Experience working with or integrating AI tools into creative or production workflows.

Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between creative teams and non‑creative stakeholders.

A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Not a must, but a plus:

Experience working with large tech clients or within scaled partner ecosystems.

Passion for innovation in content production, especially leveraging AI and automation.

Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and build processes from the ground up.

A sharp eye for content quality combined with a strong operational mindset.
