Position Summary We are seeking a driven Digital Marketing Analyst to join our digital marketing team. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing the digital marketing efforts that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue for store.psgdover.com. You will own the full lifecycle of email marketing campaigns, manage and optimize Google Ads performance, create digital graphics and video content, and assist in product photography and video production. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will use data and analytics to inform decisions, improve campaign performance, and identify new growth opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career professional to build deep, hands‑on expertise across digital marketing, e‑commerce, and content production within a global industrial manufacturing organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Design, build, and send email campaigns‑promos, product launches, and drip sequences for the PSG Store

Build responsive email templates that look sharp and perform

Segment lists, run A/B tests, and continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversions

Owning and reporting on the data for your tools and tasks to help drive decision making

Build and manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max

Research keywords, write ad copy, and improve landing pages to drive better ROAS

Monitor budgets and performance daily‑catch problems early, act on opportunities fast

Create graphics for emails, social, web banners, and ad creatives

Design infographics, promo materials, and product visuals that stay on brand

Edit and optimize every asset for web performance and platform specs

Plan, shoot, and edit product photography for the store catalog and marketing materials

Support video production from storyboard through post‑production

Keep the digital asset library organized and searchable

Work with product and engineering to make sure pumps and parts are represented accurately

Track site traffic, campaign performance, and e‑commerce conversions in Google Analytics

Qualifications / Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital media, communications, graphic design, or related field‑or equivalent real‑world experience

0‑2 years in digital marketing, email marketing, or content creation

Working knowledge of an email platform (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar)

Familiarity with Google Ads and basic paid campaign management

Can work in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva

Understands Google Analytics and core web metrics

A developed sense of digital design and what contributes to good UX/UI

Clear communicator, written and verbal
