Job Summary The Senior Associate of Benefits and Content Marketing for Chase Sapphire will drive brand engagement through consistent, dynamic storytelling across channels. With a customer-first mindset, the Senior Associate will leverage industry and consumer insights to build and manage a content strategy and framework that establishes Sapphire as a differentiated, high-value product suite among customers. This person will work hand in hand with marketing and portfolio counterparts to enable cohesive messaging across microsites, social, PR, email and more. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, successfully collaborate cross-functionally to drive results, and execute brilliantly to ensure flawless customer marketing. Job Responsibilities
Translate complex card benefits into simple, differentiated value propositions, partnering with both internal and external creative resources to build a messaging architecture that prioritizes proof points by audience and strategy.
Build and maintain benefit playbooks and QA processes that drive messaging clarity and consistency across paid, owned and earned channels.
Partner cross-functionally across social, email, digital, external communications and creator assets to ensure fidelity to messaging, benefit hierarchy and brand standards.
Think customer first, leveraging first and third-party insights to build engaging messaging and communications.
Review and approve content, ensuring accuracy of benefits claims, regulatory compliance, and on-brief execution.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize resources to meet deadlines.
Execute brilliantly in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3-5 years in marketing for a consumer brand
Proven ability to build relationships in a matrixed organization
Experience managing creative agencies including negotiating scopes of work, delivering feedback, and receiving on-time deliverables
Proactive and results-driven approach
Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
Exceptional communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and executional excellence
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
Experience in financial services, credit card, travel, dining, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with customer engagement strategies, including digital and traditional marketing channels
Background in agency management or creative leadership
Strong organizational and project management skills
