What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct outreach to pharmacies in the employer's pharmacy networks to ensure accurate information is communicated
Manage extension requests for claims processing timeframes and triage inquiries received via the Pharmacy Provider Relations email
Research and resolve claims and pharmacy outreach to support regulatory and client commitments
Prepare pharmacy outreach reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Identify and participate in implementing department-level process improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a call center, customer service, operations, retail pharmacy, pharmacy technician, or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM)
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
Strong customer service and collaboration skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with RxClaim or other claims processing systems
Pharmacy Technician certification (CPhT) or equivalent pharmacy experience
Experience in pharmacy outreach and outbound call initiatives
