The Role We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager, Demand Generation to lead strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a hybrid strategist + operator role, ideal for someone who can own client relationships, build smart demand gen strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to execute high-performing campaigns. You’ll work closely with specialists across paid media, content, PR, and marketing automation (HubSpot) to deliver integrated programs that drive qualified pipeline and ROI.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary client lead and strategic advisor
Translate business goals into data-driven demand generation strategies
Build and own quarterly and annual marketing plans
Lead client communication, reporting, and performance reviews
Plan and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Demand Gen, PR, paid search, email, content, ABM, and CRM data tracking)
Partner with internal teams to execute full-funnel programs
Leverage HubSpot and analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns
Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all channels
Performance & Growth Optimization
Analyze KPIs including lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scale performance
Test and implement new channels, tools, and AI-driven approaches to demand generation
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or demand generation (agency experience strongly preferred)
Proven track record of managing client relationships and driving measurable results
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (prefered) or similar marketing automation platforms
Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management abilities
Bonus: Experience in logistics B2B marketing
