Position Purpose This role increases execution capacity across mortgage marketing by supporting campaign deployment, CRM operations, and loan officer marketing needs. This individual contributor executes marketing initiatives under the strategic direction of the AVP, Product Marketing Lead to streamline execution, Compliance, Digital Experience, and branch teams.
Position Responsibilities
Campaign Execution
Execute email and digital campaigns based on strategic direction from their manager.
Build, QA, schedule, and deploy marketing assets across email landing pages, and any other channels.
Sales Enablement & Asset Management
Maintain marketing calendars and asset libraries.
Deliver templated marketing materials to loan officers and branches.
Manage compliance submissions and turnaround timelines.
CRM & Operational Support
Assist with the creation of marketing assets for mortgage CRM and subsequent reporting
Assist with recruiting‑related marketing execution.
Reporting Maintenance
Compliance
Attend weekly compliance meetings on behalf of the mortgage division.
Submit marketing assets to compliance through documented SOP, owning the submission from start to deployment
Partnership & Cross‑Sell Support
Provide executional support for partner and cross‑sell campaigns.
Minimum Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
1-3 years of customer service, marketing operations, lifecycle/email marketing, or sales enablement experience encouraged but not required.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage calendars, SLAs, and cross‑functional requests across branches and partners.
Excellent copy/QA instincts; comfortable owning the last‑mile of deployment (links, tracking, rendering, approvals).
Technical Knowledge and Skills
Ambitious hands‑on learning style
Desire to learn new skills and grow within an organization
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel.)
Design Tools: Figma, Adobe, Canva
CRM (mortgage lead flow, nurture, and reporting) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaign execution.

Compensation
Base Salary Range:
$31.25 - $40.86 hourly (Rockville, MD). Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as geographic location, relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
We are hiring in:
MD, DC, VA, PA, DE, NC, SC, FL, IN, IL. Candidates in other locations will receive the pay range tied to their specific area.
Additional Compensation:
This role will include a yearly annual target bonus based on individual performance.
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role. (highly qualified candidates may be eligible for a 100% remote working arrangement)
