Founded by producer Majd Nassif, the company is behind a rapidly expanding slate of elevated commercial projects, including Amazon MGM’s MERCY and LOCKED, starring Anthony Hopkins and Bill Skarsgård.

Longevity’s mandate is to create bold ideas with strong conceptual hooks, stories that feel big but are executed efficiently. The company is particularly focused on elevated horror, psychological thrillers, and genre mashups with franchise and cross platform potential.

Role Description We are looking for a Creative Executive with a strong instinct for high-concept storytelling and a deep passion for genre filmmaking, particularly horror and thriller. The ideal candidate has experience developing and overseeing projects from idea through production, with a strong understanding of what makes a concept marketable, scalable, and emotionally engaging.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that requires taste, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects across development simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and refine high-concept ideas aligned with Longevity’s creative mandate

Source and evaluate material including scripts, books, articles, IP, and original pitches

Provide clear, actionable creative notes on scripts, outlines, and cuts

Identify and engage filmmakers, writers, and key creative talent globally

Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure projects align with creative and business strategy

Help shape projects with an eye toward market positioning, packaging, and sales potential

Collaborate with production and post teams to maintain creative integrity while executing efficiently

Track industry trends, emerging filmmakers, and new IP in the genre space

Support the development of projects with franchise and cross platform potential

Contribute to creative materials including decks, pitches, and presentations

Requirements

4-7+ years of experience in film/TV development, production, or a studio/production company environment

Strong passion for elevated horror, thrillers, and genre storytelling

Demonstrated ability to identify and develop high-concept ideas

Experience giving strong creative notes and working with writers and directors

Solid understanding of story structure, character, and tone

Strong taste and awareness of current films, filmmakers, and market trends

Ability to think both creatively and commercially

Existing relationships with writers, directors, agents, and managers

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative
