We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our Calls channel. We operate high-volume performance marketplaces across Email, SMS, and Digital Traffic. Calls is an established channel with real volume and significant upside — and we’re looking for a growth-driven operator to take it to the next level. This is not a maintenance role. This is a revenue ownership seat.

What You’ll Own

Call supplier relationships

Advertiser / buyer demand expansion

Payout structure optimization (CPC / CPA / Rev Share)

Routing & monetization performance

Margin improvement

Compliance & call quality standards

Daily performance reporting & pacing

Who You Are

Experience in pay-per-call networks or call marketplaces

Background in affiliate / performance marketing

Understands ping trees and call routing logic

Experienced negotiating payouts and buyer rates

Strong in margin optimization and performance analytics

Comfortable owning numbers and being measured on growth
