Key Responsibilities In this vital role, you’ll ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care while collaborating with a dedicated team, providing exceptional clinical leadership and support.
Essential Qualifications
Sales Leadership: Guide prospective residents and families through the decision‑making process with empathy, professionalism, and expertise; provide personalized consultations and address inquiries to highlight the community’s unique offerings.
Marketing Strategy: Create and implement innovative marketing campaigns, events, open houses, and informational sessions that attract prospects and strengthen the community’s brand presence through digital and traditional advertising channels, including social media, print materials, and community outreach programs.
Relationship Building: Regularly engage with community stakeholders to cultivate strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners such as healthcare providers, social workers, and local organizations.
Team Collaboration: Partner with the Executive Director and community staff to ensure seamless communication and consistent resident experience.
