What We’re Looking For

3+ years of sales experience (HVAC or in-home sales preferred)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Knowledge of HVAC systems (or willingness to learn quickly)

Self-motivated with strong time management

Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Your Role as a Comfort Advisor

As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to evaluate comfort needs, design system solutions, and guide them through confident purchasing decisions.

You’ll be set up for success with technician-generated leads, marketing campaigns, and third-party sources — allowing you to focus on helping customers and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve first-year sales goals of $1.5M–$2M+, with top performers exceeding $4.5M annually

Conduct in-home consultations and design customized HVAC solutions

Educate homeowners on system options, IAQ improvements, and financing

Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close with strong follow-up

Build lasting customer relationships and referral opportunities

Collaborate with installation, coordination, and rehash teams

Maintain accurate proposals, documentation, and financing details using digital tools

Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
