What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Consistently treat all customers and employees with respect and contribute to a positive work environment
Promote loyalty by educating customers about loyalty programs
Engage with customers to drive sales and service using suggestive selling techniques
Support various areas of the store, including sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back of house as needed
Handle customer interactions and potential issues/returns courteously and professionally
What is Required (Qualifications):
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Customer-focused service mentality both on and off the sales floor
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical capability to maneuver around the sales floor and lift up to 30 lbs
