About the Role
We are currently seeking a friendly, organised and proactive Administration / Sales Support professional to join our client's team at an over 55's housing estate! This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who enjoys customer interaction while supporting sales and marketing activities behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, providing a positive and professional first impression
Guide prospective buyers through display homes and facilities
Respond to online enquiries via phone and email, maintaining accurate records
Provide administrative and marketing support for office operations and promotional events
Escalate qualified leads to the Sales Consultant
Coordinate and manage sales documentation including contracts and approvals
Maintain office supplies and marketing materials
Ensure display homes are presented to a high standard, including opening/closing and arranging maintenance or cleaning as required
Assist with marketing activities, including photos and client/seller feedback
Skills & Experience
Friendly and professional face-to-face communication skills
Professional and confident phone manner
Strong office administration and computer skills (Word, Excel, Propertybase, Framework or similar systems)
Experience preparing marketing materials, flyers and information packs, including in-office promotions, expos, open days and tour events
Ability to manage and escalate general enquiries and seek clarification on operational or contractual matters
Understanding of and commitment to WHS/OHS site safety guidelines
Current White Card (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to support all areas of the business
Strong team player who can also work independently
