What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Assist customers via calls, texts, emails, and online chats regarding automotive accessory orders and inquiries
Make outbound calls and texts to follow up on sales leads and close sales
Utilize product knowledge to sell automotive accessories and suggest modifications
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and handle service‑related issues
Meet performance expectations related to customer service quality and sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to acquire automotive knowledge for supported vehicles
Excellent sales ability with a capacity to learn product information
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
Must reside in designated states: PA, OH, MD, VA, SC, GA, FL, MS, KS, TX, AR, WI, MN, IN, NV, or UT
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bilingual skills are a plus
Previous experience in sales or customer service within the automotive industry
