Title Route Manager

Classification Full-Time/Part-Time, Regular/Temp, Non-Exempt Exclusively

Normal Hours Commonly an 8‑hour shift scheduled between 7 AM and 6 PM, Monday‑Friday with occasional weekends

General Description A person in this position is responsible for full account management for assigned market or territory. This person is also responsible to safely drive a vehicle, not requiring a CDL, to support customer purchases and improved relationship. May perform deliveries requiring DOT HOS records and medical clearance. Experience with safe driving practices and material handling equipment and processes is significant. Excellence is demonstrated consistently and process improvements are contributed.

Minimum Qualifications Formal Training

High School Diploma or equivalent; 3.0 or higher GPA preferred

MVR with little to no safety concerns within the past 3 years

Experience

Meeting the below KSAVs (not specified)

Previous delivery or warehouse experience preferred
