About The Position
The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) seeks qualified candidates for the Management Analyst I/II – Real Estate and Contract Administration position. The role involves professional‑level work related to acquisition, transfer, sale, or disposal of real property and ensures all contracts comply with the DOA’s Business and Commercial Development Office – Real Estate Group. Candidates should have commercial real estate experience, preferably within a public agency, and be fully competent in handling all types of real property transactions, including property due diligence, transaction negotiation, and lease execution. Knowledge of real‑property principles, appraisals, Phase I environmental reports, rights‑of‑way transactions, title search and clearance, applicable laws and regulations, project management, contract administration, map reading, and property development is required. The position also requires drafting and coordinating documents with various governmental agencies and attending high‑level meetings with officials, planners, engineers, and attorneys. Meticulous record‑keeping, organizational skills, and attention to detail are critical.

The Management Analyst I is a training under‑fill position; upon successful completion of the training program the candidate will be non‑competitively promoted to Management Analyst II.
Management Analyst I : $32.77 – $48.43 hourly.
Management Analyst II : $35.38 – $52.32 hourly.
This examination will establish an Open Competitive Eligibility List to fill current and/or future vacancies that may occur within the next six (6) months at either level or may be extended as needed by Employee Services. Employee Services reserves the right to call only the most qualified applicants to the selection process.
Minimum Requirements
Management Analyst I : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field. Full‑time administrative experience may be substituted for the degree on a one‑to‑one basis up to two (2) years. An appropriate advanced degree is desirable.
Management Analyst II : In addition to the above, minimum of one (1) year of full‑time professional experience in performing administrative, budgetary, operational or similar analyses and studies; experience in a public agency setting is desirable.
