
Protection Product Specialist

Yamaha has an excellent opportunity for a Protection Products Specialist to join our Finance team in Kennesaw, GA. The Protection Products Specialist II will provide assistance with Protection Products issues for Yamaha customers, Yamaha Dealerships and various Yamaha departments.
What You'll Be Doing
Communicate and assist Yamaha customers and dealers with Protection Products related issues via phone and written correspondence.
Act as an arbitrator and resolve any complaints regarding Protection Products.
Assist with the daily administration of Protection Products contracts for registration and cancellation of contracts.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly audits.
Responsible for assisting Yamaha customers and dealers with Protection Products related issues to resolve any questions/issues in a timely manner.
Assist with the selling of Protection Products contracts direct to customers via insurance operations phone line, email, and website.
Assist with the ongoing direct mail to customers to promote Protection Products.
Work closely with the Yamaha sales team (YMFC-US & YMUS), warranty and customer relations departments.
Works closely with Yamaha customer relations group to handle any disputes that are related to Protection Products.
Review Y.E.S. claims for accuracy and create reports to clarify situation to management.
Other duties as assigned.
What You'll Need To Be Successful
High School diploma required. College degree is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated background in Customer Service.
Previous experience with heavy phone coverage.
