Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Houston, TX. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing our client base by developing strong relationships and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our services to potential clients.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and other sales techniques
Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitors
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company and network with potential clients
Stay updated on company products and services to effectively communicate and promote them
Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and progress
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the mechanical or construction industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Self-motivated and results-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
