Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Tarentum, PA, for an Outside Sales Representative. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and expanding customer relationships, and providing customized solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, analyzing customer requirements, maintaining superior customer service, and representing the company in the assigned territory. The Outside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving sales growth and contributing to the overall success of Pitt Specialty Supply.
Qualifications
Experience with Sales Presentations and the ability to effectively communicate value propositions
Strong Relationship Building and New Business Development skills
Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to travel within the designated territory (valid driver’s license required)
Basic understanding of Janitorial, Food Service, or Packaging industries is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
