Hours:
7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime
Pay Range:
$30.00‑$45.00 per hour , DOE + Spiffs + Benefits
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of HVAC installation experience
Strong skills in HVAC system design and ductwork installation
Solid understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of residential/light commercial systems
Ability to lead, train, and supervise installation teams
Excellent safety knowledge with tools, testing devices, and jobsite best practices
General understanding of HVAC low‑voltage systems
Ability to diagnose customer issues and offer solutions that benefit both the customer and the company
High school diploma or equivalent
Commitment to leadership classes and 20+ hours of advanced HVAC training annually
Willingness to obtain and maintain NATE Installer certifications
Ability to perform system testing and balancing
Knowledge of residential/light commercial code requirements
