What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers within the assigned territory
Collaborate closely with field sales representatives and key account managers to support account growth
Manage customer communications, follow up on action items, and maintain ongoing relationships with clinics and providers
Educate customers on products and provide training when needed
Document all customer interactions in Salesforce on a daily basis
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in inside sales, outside sales, customer support, or medical device sales
Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
