Wholesale Account Manager (Cannabis) Headquarters is in Hartford, CT

The Wholesale Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing relationships with retail dispensaries within Connecticut. This role focuses on driving sales, expanding product placement, and ensuring strong in-store execution of promotions and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of dispensary accounts (currently 70+ accounts)

Build strong relationships with buyers, managers, and budtenders

Identify and open new retail accounts within the territory

Drive sales through increased product placement and promotions

Execute marketing campaigns, vendor days, and in-store activations

Monitor inventory levels and prevent out-of-stock issues

Track sales performance, trends, and customer feedback

Provide market insights and competitor updates to internal teams

Requirements

3+ years of cannabis sales or account management experience

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple accounts and travel within territory

Sales-driven mindset with basic data analysis skills

Comp & Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Base salary starting at $60K - $70k + commission ($100k OTE)

Health, dental, vision + 401(k) with 1% match
