What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive business results by identifying and building opportunities within commercial accounts in a defined territory

Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals using OneSource sales methodology

Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers post-sale for upselling opportunities

Communicate regularly with management and update all activities in CRM systems

Provide market intelligence and competitive information to support internal business decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales

5+ years of experience in consultative sales, with a focus on closing complex software and services sales

Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and maintaining customer satisfaction

Strong executive presence and ability to engage with C-suite executives

Proficiency with core sales tools, including SFDC, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and communication platforms

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Knowledge in accounting/tax acumen

Experience in developing accurate sales forecasts and reports

Strong organizational and time-management skills in fast-paced environments

Proven ability to execute innovative sales strategies

Experience working closely with cross-functional teams
