
SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Are you ready to join a dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping the future of material handling? We are actively seeking a dynamic Sales Administrator to join our growing Motive Power team out of our De Pere, Brookfield, or Sugar Grove location. This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the field sales staff for our motive power product lines and ensuring superior information flow to all involved parties.

Position responsibilities
Perform as liaison between company, field sales rep, and manufacturer for motive power products – assist with sourcing products needed and in problem resolution.
Process proposals for pending deals.
Process orders for equipment, working with CSG Sales Coordinator.
Process orders for peripheral equipment needed to complete order.
Process billing to customers for equipment orders.
Process commissions for sales reps.
Perform as backup to others in department as needed.
Take customer calls during the day and handle however appropriate.
Maintain status info on pending quotations.
Monitor inventory of book packets, prepare as needed.
Assist Credit Department with problem accounts.
Partner with sales staff and other internal departments, as well as our vendors to ensure thorough communications are provided on equipment transactions.
May be required to attend off-site functions occasionally (such as trade shows or customer outings).
Cross train in other Customer Support Group positions (primarily on the lift truck and aerial side).
Perform projects as requested.
Essential skills and experience
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to think ahead and plan.
Good communication skills.
Good knowledge of motive power and our industry.
Strong computer proficiency, very good keyboarding skills.

Physical demands Employee is required to frequently sit, talk, and listen, and to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, including computer, presentation equipment, and other office equipment. Employee is required to occasionally stand and walk. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; however, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to noisier shop environments and may be exposed to unusual environments at customer sites. When performing duties of this job, it is a requirement to wear Personal Protective Equipment whenever appropriate.
