
Inside Sales Representative II

Inside Sales Representatives drive precast sales by managing new and established accounts through outreach, quoting, and order processing. They also serve as the vital link between Outside Sales and the Estimating Department, ensuring the estimating calendar and project coordination remain perfectly aligned to hit sales targets.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong bonds with existing customers while proactively fielding inside sales inquiries.
Data Analysis:
Establish methodologies for tracking sales metrics and competitive capabilities to inform pricing strategies.
Operations Support:
Assist in generating and requesting material quotations and analyzing lead times to meet customer delivery expectations.
Driving Revenue:
Core responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline by following up on outstanding quotes, securing final sales, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
All other duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, and License Requirements
Associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; a bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred to meet the strategic demands of the role.
Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment, with a track record of successfully managing complex customer relationships and high-volume accounts.
Experience with Excel, SAP, Titan, or StackIt (or other CRM/ERP and estimating software) is highly preferred.
Strong background in database research and market data extraction to support lead generation and competitive analysis efforts.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record to support potential travel and off-site client engagement.

Product Knowledge: A general understanding of utility and specialty precast concrete applications.
