Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Manager/Distributor to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and expanding business opportunities within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
Call on potential new customers & accounts Increase sales presence within the region Call on existing customers and increase distribution Build and maintain strong customer relationships Work closely in the field alongside distributor representatives Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand distribution Travel a minimum of one week per month within the assigned territory Utilize basic computer skills for reporting, communication, and account management Qualifications
Must live in Louisiana, Arkansas, Memphis Tennessee, or Mississippi Strong sales and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributor partners Willingness to travel regularly Basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets) What We’re Looking For

Education: High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. Mandatory Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience specifically within the Kosher food or beverage industry. Existing Network: Must possess a current, active “Rolodex” of contacts within the NY-NJ-PA Kosher market (buyers, distributors, and store owners). Self-Starter: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage a division without daily hand-holding. Travel: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. This is a road warrior role requiring extensive travel throughout NY, NJ, and PA. Communication: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to represent the company professionally to high-level buyers. Benefits

You are eligible to enroll in insurance coverage after 30 days of continuous employment. Coverage is effective on the 1st of the following month. 401k retirement program – you are eligible to enroll after 90 days of continuous employment and it is effective on the 1st of the following month. Paid Holidays: 7 per year. Vacation Time: 1 week (5 days) after 1 year of employment; 2 weeks (10 days) after 2 years; 3 weeks (15 days) after 12 years of employment.
