Client Service Representative (CSR)

What You'll Do:
Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
Schedule appointments and manage phone calls
Assist with check-in/check-out and payment processing
Support the technical team by keeping things running smoothly
Help create a calm, welcoming experience for pets and their people.
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, reliable, and compassionate team player
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Customer service experience (Veterinary or medical background preferred)
A genuine love for animals
Someone excited about all the fun changes coming to us including cloud-based PIMS, clinic renovations and more!
What We're Offering:
Pay starting at $17.00/ hr. to commensurate with experience
