
Regional Property Manager

Our client is currently hiring a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 6 luxury apartment communities based in Charleston, SC. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, and team player who is effectively able to communicate and execute the company's strategic vision.
Essential Functions for Regional Property Manager:
Mentor, coach, hire, and supervise all team members in the portfolio
Ability to lead and manage individual community action plans to include compliance goals, marketing positioning, staff development, asset quality, and financial goals
Compose and review all property budgets and purchase orders to adhere to the expense budget
Review and monitor market conditions, conduct regular market surveys
Respond to, and assist with the resolution of all escalated resident concerns
Maintain responsibility for property risk management, safety standards, and employee and resident liability
Qualifications for Regional Property Manager:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
2-5 years of experience as a Regional or District Property Manager
Ability to travel every other week
CPM, CAM, RMP, or CMCA Certifications preferred
Experience in a supervisory role managing a large team
Experience creating and maintaining budgets
Excellent communication skills
