Income Tax Manager

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (required)* Master’s in Taxation (preferred)* CPA required* 5–7+ years of income tax experience in public accounting setting.* Strong hands-on ASC 740 tax provision experience.* Experience with partnership and multi-state taxation.* 1-3 years of public company experience preferred.* Experience with Up-C structures with TRA preferred.* Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state income tax laws.* Deep understanding of ASC 740 and financial reporting requirements.* Advanced Excel skills.* Experience with ERP systems preferred.* Strong analytical skills.* Ability to manage multiple deadlines.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.* Ability to work independently and lead projects.* Motivated self-starter and adjust to shifting priorities.* Required to maintain and restrict confidential and sensitive data of the company and its partners.SOLV Energy is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry.
