$40,000 - $90,000 Potential Income! Excellent Benefits! Responsibilities - Automotive ASM/Service Advisor
Guide customers through the entire automotive repair and/or maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, offer special promotions, and schedule service appointments.
Greet customers and answer questions, follow status of customer's vehicle from service bay entry through completion of work, and ensure the customer is satisfied.
Maintain high CSI score
Perform other duties may be assigned
Requirements - Automotive ASM/Service Advisor
Automotive Service Advisor experience and high CSI score is preferred
Good computer, customer service and communication skills
Able to multi-task in a fast‑paced environment
Team oriented with a strong work ethic and pays attention to details
Professional appearance
Valid driver’s license and insurance
Must pass pre‑employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
