What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop the vision and product strategy and lifecycle roadmap for cancer screening blood tests
Conduct market research to analyze market dynamics and identify unmet patient needs
Define product lifecycle roadmaps for prioritized products considering stakeholder ecosystems
Collaborate with R&D teams to translate user needs into product design inputs
Lead cross‑functional teams to execute product strategies and coordinate deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field
Minimum of nine years of relevant experience in product management or commercial roles in diagnostics or healthcare
At least five years of team leadership experience, including two years in a Senior Management role
In-depth understanding of product management and commercialization for clinical diagnostic products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Advanced degree in an analytical, technical, or scientific field
Two years of experience in a business strategy role, such as management consulting or corporate strategy
Experience with Laboratory Developed Tests (LDT) and In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products
Background in product management from research and development to clinical validation to commercialization
