Overview THE ROLE: We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to own UX and UI design function for loyalty and engagement experiences.This role focuses on creating intuitive, behavior-driven digital experiences that support retention, rewards, andlong-term engagement. Experience designing engagement features for mobile-first audiences is especiallyimportant, given the high percentage of users accessing experiences via mobile devices.

HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE

Own end-to-end UX and UI for loyalty and engagement features

Design flows for rewards, promotions, and incentive programs

Translate business and behavioral goals into intuitive user experiences

Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering partners

Apply and extend design system patterns consistently

Produce high-fidelity designs and detailed interaction specificationusers

Participate in usability testing and iterate based on insights

Design and optimize mobile-first, loyalty and engagement experiences

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

5+ years of experience in product design

Strong UX and visual design skills

Experience owning major product features or a product domain

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Experience designing mobile-first and responsive consumer or engagement-focused digital products

Hands-on expertise with modern UX tools such as Figma, including prototyping and design systemusage

Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
